SALES POLICY:
Denver Wholesale And/Or CT Enterprises shall not be responsible for any incidental damage of any nature whatsoever. Purchaser acknowledges and accepts this provision of the sales policy. If purchaser does not notify Denver Wholesale And/Or CT Enterprises in writing within ten (10) days of delivery of any problem with the product, then it shall be conclusively presumed that the product was received in good condition. Materials should be inspected before cutting or installing and claims for visible defects will not be honored after materials have been cut or laid.

WARRANTY:
We only sell first quality goods. The product you receive from us will be the exact product that you have seen or would receive from your local carpet dealer, if you ordered it from them. All first quality carpet we sell carries a five year, ten year, or 20 year wear warranty, as specified by the manufacturer, and they guarantee the carpet to be free from defects of any kind. All fiber and carpet manufacturer's warranties apply to any first quality carpet sold by Denver Wholesale And/Or CT Enterprises. All of our carpet is carefully processed for shipment with attention to detail, accuracy and promptness. Should any first quality carpet we sell, fail to perform to your expectations, you carpet claim will be handled in the same manner in which a local retailer would address the issue. The carpet manufacturer would be notified, and either the local carpet manufacturers representative will make an inspection or the manufacturer may choose to dispatch an unbiased, third party carpet inspector to make a determination. Purchaser understands that there are no warranties of any kind extended by the seller with regard to this merchandise and specifically that there are no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose made with regard to this material. (Except those warranties extended by the manufacturer.)

LIABILITY:
Denver Wholesale And/Or CT Enterprises assumes no liability for any incidental or consequential damages. Except for the manufacturer's warranties, Denver Wholesale And/Or CT Enterprises disclaims all other warranties and guarantees whether expressed or implied, including any implied representation or warranty as to merchantability or fitness for any purpose and any other implied representation or warranty whatsoever. (Except those warranties extended by the manufacturer.)

INSTALLATION:
Your installer is the person who should determine how much carpet to order. It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to install this material and the seller is not responsible for the actions of any installer chosen by the Purchaser. We usually only recommend a few installers in the Denver metro area. Whether you have your own installer or use a quality installer we refer to you, Denver Wholesale And/Or CT Enterprises is ONLY FURNISHING A LIST FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE. YOU AGREE THAT THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE DECISION ON THE INSTALLER IS UP TO YOU. IN NO EVENT SHALL Denver Wholesale And/Or CT Enterprises, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RELATED TO ANY INSTALLATION.

SALES TAXES:
Colorado Residents....Unless We Have Your Colorado Re-Sale Tax # On File, Sales Tax Will Be Charged. We Verify All Licenses Through: Colorado Sales Tax License Verification. Denver Wholesale shall withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Colorado. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

DELIVERY:
Our shipping department exercises great care in preparing your flooring for shipping. Each roll is individually wrapped and sealed in strong weather tight polyurethane film to assure added protection during transportation. Availability of merchandise is estimated according to information on hand at the time the order is written. The date of actual availability may vary from this estimate and Buyer agrees that changes in availability will not invalidate this order. The Seller shall not be responsible for delays or defaults in delivery of merchandise occasioned by manufacturer's scheduling or delivery, availability of raw materials, war, strike, acts of God or the public enemy, fire, labor or transportation difficulty, or any other cause beyond the control of Seller.

RETURNS:
No unauthorized returns will be accepted. For approved returns there is a 25% restock and freight fees. All approved returns must be returned within 20 days of purchase of material. The purchaser must inspect the condition and number of pieces delivered by common carriers, and make any notations of possible concealed damage before accepting delivery from freight line. Purchaser is responsible when no notations are made or if goods are shipped freight collect.
